    While we offer personalized service in all areas of our St. Louis area country club, golf is still our primary focus at Glen Echo.  In the spring of 2007, Glen Echo again strengthened its position as a leading golf tract in St. Louis, after the completion of a 1.7 million dollar golf course upgrade, featuring a state-of-the-art triple row irrigation system.  It is no wonder that St. Louis' top golfers refer to our course as among the best in the St. Louis region.  Both seasoned golf experts and golf beginners alike are challenged by the clever twists and slopes of the tight course, preserved as it was built originally in 1901.

    With the shutdown of Highway 40, the Glen Echo Country Club remains essentially unaffected.  We are situated close to interstates 70, 270 and 170, and less than 10 minutes from Lambert St. Louis Airport.  Golf, tennis, swimming and fine dinning at Glen Echo is only 15 minutes from Clayton, Ladue, University City, Creve Coeur, Webster Groves, Richmond Heights and other St. Louis area communities.
