Established in 1901, Glen Echo Country Club enjoys the status of being the oldest private 18-hole country club in continuous operation west of the Mississippi.  Through the Glen Echo Equity Program, individuals have the opportunity to own a piece of our historic landmark and world-class club.  We pride ourselves on the camaraderie we've established within our membership.  Our smaller membership reinforces the exclusive community feel and offers unparalleled access to tee times. 

Over the past 108 years, Glen Echo has become an exceptional club that cultivates love for the game of golf.  As an Equity Member, you'll not only have ownership in this timeless legacy, but you'll also have the opportunity to continue the stewardship of this grand course.  Our Equity Members are central figures in shaping our community as the voting membership. 

Whether it is a cash investment or funded from your self-directed IRA account, all funds collected through equity share purchases are targeted for reducing debt and making capital improvements to increase the value of your asset.  Plus, there is a dividend potential exclusively for Equity Members.  The real gain though is being a part of something bigger than yourself and enjoying the emotional and financial rewards of driving Glen Echo into the club's second century.
