The Pool

In the Summer of 2007, Glen Echo opened a half-million dollar Aquatic Park just in time for the summer.  The new pool is anything but just a pool.  With water noise-muffling barriers to divide the deck between children and adults, the layout is constructed with an abundance of amenities.  The Olympic-size pool boasts of swimming lanes, a kid-friendly shallow end with fountains, a slide, diving board, and sunbathing wading pool.  The deck is complete with lounge chairs, over-sized umbrellas and tables, as well as a snack bar.  Our waitstaff is also pleased to serve you a drink or meal poolside upon request.  Whether you are visiting the Aquatic Park with your children, or ready to cool off after a round of golf, the Glen Echo Pool meets and exceeds our members' needs.
